　　大家看看到红字部分“avoid interruption caused by damage”，是指因为受到伤害而造成的打退施法条。

　　而绿字部分“avoid interruption”，仅仅是说：防止干扰。

　　如果两个效果没有实质的区别的话，暴雪是断不会那么无聊写两次这个东西的，所以这两个效果肯定完全不同。

　　现在的疑问是：“防止干扰”效果 是否 抵抗伤害打退施法？ “防止干扰” 效果 是否 提高对沉默反制机制的抵抗力？

　　如果后面一个小问题的答案是 肯定的。那么这个必然是buff.

　　如果连前一个小问题都是否定的，那么这个真的是很脑残。
